For travel agencies

One fixed fare for every partner — no negotiation needed

Travel agencies, tour operators, DMCs and companies from abroad book their guests’ Istanbul airport transfers with us directly online. We don’t run separate rate cards per company: every partner gets the same published fixed fare shown on our fares page. You can quote your guest today without waiting for an offer, and the price you confirm is the price you pay.

Luxury VIP Transfer is operated by Haktan Tourism Seyahat Acentası, a licensed Turkish travel agency (TÜRSAB 12529). Every transfer is driven by our own chauffeurs in our own Mercedes Vito VIP vans — no brokered rides, no last-minute substitutions.

How booking works for agencies and companies

1. Pick the route and vehicle on the booking form — Istanbul Airport (IST) or Sabiha Gökçen (SAW) to any district of Istanbul.
2. Book in your guest’s name. Tick “booking for someone else”, enter the traveller’s name and phone, and add your company name. Your guest is met with a private meeting code instead of a name board.
3. Receive the confirmation with the reservation code by email and forward it to your guest.

What partners get

• Published fixed fares. Motorway and bridge tolls, parking and meet & greet are included.
• One monthly invoice for regular partners — book through the season, settle once.
• Flight tracking. A delayed flight moves the pickup; it never adds a charge.
• Groups up to 16 people in a minibus; families and luggage-heavy guests in a Mercedes Vito (up to 7).
• Dispatch around the clock on WhatsApp and phone: +90 532 567 08 47.

Who works with us

Frequently asked

Do you give agency discounts or net rates?

We don’t negotiate separate rate cards: every partner books at the same published fixed fare, so you always know the price before you confirm.

Do we need to sign a contract?

No. Book your first transfer online. If you send guests regularly, write to us and we set up monthly invoicing.
