For business trips and hotels in Şişli, Nişantaşı, Mecidiyeköy and Levent, Istanbul Airport (IST) is the closer airport — roughly 40–60 minutes by car. Corporate guests can be met with their name and title in the note field, and invoices are available for company accounts.

How far in advance should I book?

Bookings can be made from 12 hours before the journey. For airport transfers we recommend booking 24 hours in advance.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We track all your flights in real time. If your flight is delayed, your chauffeur will continue to wait according to the updated arrival time and no extra waiting fee will be charged.

How do I pay?

You can pay by cash, credit/debit card or corporate bank transfer. Foreign currencies are also accepted. Monthly invoicing is available for corporate clients.

What are the cancellation and change conditions?

Free cancellation or change is possible up to 24 hours before the reservation date. For cancellations made within 24 hours, 50% of the service fee is charged.

Do chauffeurs speak foreign languages?

Yes. The majority of our chauffeurs speak English. You can note your language preference in the booking form.

Is there Wi-Fi in the vehicle?

All our vehicles offer free 4G Wi-Fi.

Can I request a child seat?

Yes, you can write your baby seat or child seat request in the notes section of the reservation form; it will be ready in the vehicle free of charge.
