Distance Sales Agreement

Buyer: the person who completes the reservation form.

2. Subject of the Agreement

This agreement covers the sale of services relating to VIP transfer reservations made through luxuryviptransfer.com.

3. Service Details

The service type, route, date, time and vehicle class apply as stated on the reservation form. The reservation is confirmed by the reservation code sent to you by e-mail.

4. Fare and Payment

The transfer fare is paid either at the time of reservation or after the service has been completed, in cash, by credit or debit card, or by bank transfer. Foreign currencies are accepted. Corporate customers are invoiced monthly.

5. Cancellation and Refund Conditions

• Cancellations made within 4 hours of the reservation being created are refunded in full.
• For cancellations made after the 4-hour free cancellation window has passed, 50% of the service fee is charged.
• No refund is made for cancellations after the transfer time.
• No refund is made where the service could not be used for reasons attributable to the customer.
• Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to info@luxuryviptransfer.com.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 15 of the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed on a specified date and time (transfer reservations).

7. Liability

The company cannot be held liable for delays arising from force majeure such as weather conditions, traffic or natural disaster. Every effort is made to recover items left behind in the vehicle, but no liability is accepted for them.

8. Flight Tracking

On airport transfers, if the flight is delayed the chauffeur continues to wait according to the updated landing time. No additional waiting charge is made.

9. Dispute Resolution

The İstanbul Consumer Arbitration Committees and the İstanbul courts have jurisdiction over disputes arising from this agreement.

10. Entry into Force

Completing and submitting the reservation form indicates that the buyer has read and accepted this agreement. The agreement is effective from its date of publication.
