2. Personal Data We Collect
Through the booking forms and the contact form we collect your name and surname, telephone number, e-mail address, passport details (for the passenger list), travel date and route information.
3. Purpose of Processing
The personal data collected is used to create and manage your reservation, to provide the transfer service, to communicate with you, and to meet our legal obligations.
4. Sharing of Data
Your personal data is not shared with third parties unless it is necessary in order to provide the service. It may be shared with the competent public authorities where the law requires it.
The website loads no fonts, maps or scripts from external sources; site assets are served from our own server. The only exception is the analytics cookies, which run on your explicit consent (see section 6).
If your reservation was created through a partner's link or code, that partner is shown your name and surname, telephone number, route and date, but only as far as is needed to arrange the transfer. Your e-mail address is not shown to the partner. Partners may process this data solely in order to provide this service.
5. Retention Period
Personal data is retained for the statutory retention periods following completion of the service. Reservation records are kept for a maximum of 5 years.
6. Cookies
Our website uses strictly necessary cookies for core functionality. These cookies are required for session handling, language preference and for the booking form to work; the site does not function without them.
If you arrived through a link shared by a partner (for example ?partner=CODE), a strictly necessary functional cookie named lvt_bayi, carrying the partner code alone, is stored for 30 days. This cookie contains no identifying information, is not used for advertising and is not sent to third parties; its only purpose is to determine which partner your reservation belongs to. You can delete it from your browser.
Analytics (Google Analytics 4) and advertising performance (Google Ads) cookies run ONLY with your explicit consent. Unless you accept through the consent banner shown on your first visit, these scripts are not loaded and no request is made from your browser to Google.
If you do consent, your IP address and site usage data are processed by Google Ireland Limited and thereby transferred abroad. Advertising personalisation signals are sent disabled.
You may withdraw your consent at any time: select "Strictly necessary only" in the cookie preference box on this page. Your preference is stored for 6 months in a cookie named lvt_izin, which carries no identifying information.
If analytics is not installed, no consent banner is shown and no third-party cookie is used.
This site does not use analytics cookies.
