Before booking
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2 hours in advance. For airport transfers, booking 24 hours in advance would be ideal.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track all your flights in real time. If your flight is delayed, your chauffeur will continue to wait according to the updated arrival time and no extra waiting fee will be charged.
How do I pay?
You can pay by cash, credit/debit card or corporate bank transfer. Foreign currencies are also accepted. Monthly invoicing is available for corporate clients.
What are the cancellation and change conditions?
Free cancellation or change is possible up to 24 hours before the reservation date. For cancellations made within 24 hours, 50% of the service fee is charged.
Do chauffeurs speak foreign languages?
Yes. The majority of our chauffeurs speak English. Chauffeurs who speak Arabic and Russian are also available; you can specify your language preference when booking.
Is there Wi-Fi in the vehicle?
All our vehicles offer free 4G Wi-Fi.
Can I request a child seat?
Yes, you can write your baby seat or child seat request in the notes section of the reservation form; it will be ready in the vehicle free of charge.
Do you offer intercity transfers?
Yes. We provide long-distance transfer services from Istanbul to any city in Turkey. Contact us via WhatsApp for a price quote based on your route and vehicle class.
